Is this really one-time? No hidden subscription?

Yes. Pay $29.90 once. You get the app, every future update, and never see another bill.

What about future major versions — will v2 cost extra?

No. Lifetime updates means lifetime updates. v2, v3, v10 — all included.

Are taxes included in the price?

$29.90 is the base price. VAT and sales tax are added at checkout based on your country (calculated automatically via Stripe Tax). Most US customers see no added tax; EU customers see their country's VAT rate.

Can I install TheCRM on more than one Mac?

Yes — up to 3 of your own Macs (work, laptop, home iMac, etc.) on a single license. Activate each Mac once and you're set. If you replace a Mac, deactivate the old one from any other Mac and the slot opens up. License is per person — please don't share with other people.

How does the 30-day refund work?

Email refund@thecrm.one within 30 days of purchase. We process the refund the same business day, no questions asked.

Do you offer discounts (students, non-profits, multi-license)?

At $29.90 once, the price already is the discount. We don't run sales or promo codes — the price is the same for everyone, every day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link — anything Stripe Checkout supports. After purchase you'll get an instant download link and license key by email.

Is there a trial?

No trial in the traditional sense. The 30-day refund is the trial — buy it, use it for real, refund if it's not for you. We think that's a better deal than crippled trial-ware.

What if I lose my license key?

Email support@thecrm.one — we'll resend it. License lookups are tied to your purchase email.

Will the price ever go up?
