Yours, not rented
Most CRMs bill you forever. TheCRM is built for the buy-once-own-it model. The way you used to buy software in 2005 — and the way it should still work.
A real CRM for solo entrepreneurs. Pipelines, deals, AI briefings, email sequences, calendar sync — all on your Mac, all yours.
Why TheCRM
Most CRMs bill you forever. TheCRM is built for the buy-once-own-it model. The way you used to buy software in 2005 — and the way it should still work.
No cloud accounts. No "your trial expires in 14 days." Your contacts and deals live in a SQLite file in your Documents folder. Open it with any tool. Export anytime.
Every other CRM is built for sales teams with single-seat pricing bolted on. TheCRM is built for solo entrepreneurs — every screen assumes one person, every workflow respects your time.

Meet the founder
I've spent 25 years in the CRM industry — implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics for hundreds of small businesses.
I kept watching the same pattern: tools designed for sales teams pushed onto people who run their business alone. A solo consultant pays $50 a month for "Professional" tier, uses 15% of the features, and watches the renewal email arrive every year with another price hike.
So I built the CRM I always wanted. Real features for one person. Native macOS. Your data on your Mac. AI that uses your own API key. No subscriptions, no investors, no MRR pressure to ship features you don't need.

No. Beta is free. When v1 launches, beta testers get early-bird pricing — significantly below the launch price — locked in for life.
Your data lives in a SQLite file on your Mac the whole time. When the beta ends and v1 ships, the same database keeps working in the launch version — no migration needed.
Just stop using it. Nothing to cancel. You can export everything to CSV from Settings at any point.
