Why TheCRM

Built differently. On purpose.

Yours, not rented

Most CRMs bill you forever. TheCRM is built for the buy-once-own-it model. The way you used to buy software in 2005 — and the way it should still work.

Your data stays on your Mac

No cloud accounts. No "your trial expires in 14 days." Your contacts and deals live in a SQLite file in your Documents folder. Open it with any tool. Export anytime.

Built for one

Every other CRM is built for sales teams with single-seat pricing bolted on. TheCRM is built for solo entrepreneurs — every screen assumes one person, every workflow respects your time.

Meet the founder

Built by someone who's used CRMs for 25 years.

Urmas — founder of TheCRM

Hi, I'm Urmas.

I've spent 25 years in the CRM industry — implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics for hundreds of small businesses.

I kept watching the same pattern: tools designed for sales teams pushed onto people who run their business alone. A solo consultant pays $50 a month for "Professional" tier, uses 15% of the features, and watches the renewal email arrive every year with another price hike.

So I built the CRM I always wanted. Real features for one person. Native macOS. Your data on your Mac. AI that uses your own API key. No subscriptions, no investors, no MRR pressure to ship features you don't need.

FAQ

About the beta.

When does the beta start?

Invites are going out now in small batches. Sign up above and you'll get an email with your invite within a few days.

What's in the beta? Is it stable?

The beta includes all the core CRM features — pipelines, deals, contacts, sequences, AI briefings, Google Calendar sync, Pipedrive import. It's stable for daily use. You'll find rough edges; reporting them is the trade for free access.

How do I install it?

After you're accepted, you'll get a signed DMG download link and a license key by email. Open, drag to Applications, paste the key. Five minutes total.

Will the beta cost me anything?

No. Beta is free. When v1 launches, beta testers get early-bird pricing — significantly below the launch price — locked in for life.

What about my data after the beta?

Your data lives in a SQLite file on your Mac the whole time. When the beta ends and v1 ships, the same database keeps working in the launch version — no migration needed.

What if it's not for me?

Just stop using it. Nothing to cancel. You can export everything to CSV from Settings at any point.
